It is incredible and curious at the same time that no PDA offers this :

phones are used to make calls but how to remember when you have to call somebody ?

To know who you have to call, when & why or what you have to do for somebody

you now probably write it in your agenda (like a visit, loosing the overview) or tasklist,

       … or you carry a lot of small papers or write it on post-it’s ...

       … jumping from 1 programm to the other (agenda - tasks - contacts)

       … and then you still have to select or type the name or number you have to dial.
